I know this question was asked before on the forum but I can't find the thread. Anyway, does anyone know a place in the Edmonton area that does leather dying and sewing/repairs?

The leather repair shop I would've recommended has been gone for a while, for re-dyeing I've been pleased with these guys: http://www.fibrenew.com/. They won't do sewing though.

Aaron,
I've had mine repaired by the show repair place in the Capilano mall. I think they do good work and it's quite inexpensive for what they do. Not sure if they do dyeing though...I suspect not.

Hi, Aaron.

It's easy to dye your own leather. Tandy leather on 107th ave and 178 St. has all you need. With your level of patience and skill I'd bet you'd do a better job than someone else.

Stitching is quite easy too with a tool called (what else) a "speedy stitcher".

I'm pretty sure you can buy online from them too. I'll go in tomorrow and get their catalogue for you.

Hey Eric, if you mean the shop on 50st and 118ave they've been gone for a couple years now, or that would've been my suggestion.
