Shock servicing

hey just FYI everyone, I know there are a few guys around the paddock who can rebuild forks for us. Like Neil and Jon etc.
as far as I know there aren’t any guys that service shocks.
I was at Mots Machining yesterday and I guess they have all the expensive tools, like to recharge nitrogen and everything. They’re also very affordable.

Just wanted to let everyone know because I sent my shock to John Shirrard at Accelerated Technologies in Ontario last time (Spring 2017) and it cost me over $400 with the shipping and everything so it’s good to know there’s a local guy that can do it.

id rather support a local guy...but that's just me..shipping stuff is just added wait time, added cost, and added risk...plus the guys at mot's are cool cats.

For the record yes that is also something they can do, they whip stuff up on the lathe all the time.
