Changed my plugs today and found a coil pack isn't sitting very snug... so its most likely arcing and causing trouble. Anyone have a spare kicking around? Not sure if the 600 and 750's are interchangeable but I would expect it. Mine is a 750. Shoot me a PM and I'll grab it from you...

Complicated question... mixing ethanol gives the fuel a lower energy density but higher RON octane rating. It would be very dependant on your engines characteristics whether the higher energy density or aggressively advanced timing will give you more power.

Telemetry data in that much detail is cool, but probably not all that helpful until your leading at the expert level.
