We will be reviewing our season, address of the President, address of the Vice-President, Registrar's report, Treasurer's report of 2023 financial statements, appointment of Auditors for the 2023 fiscal year, special Resolution to vote to revise the Bylaws of the Society, discussion and vote on the suggested implementation of the Policy & Procedure Manual, vote on revision, additions and deletions to Rule Book, and vote in the 2024 Executive Board. If you want to get involved with the club this is the way to do it!
