Camping/RV setup RD#1

This may have been posted elsewhere but at work on my phone hard to find...

What is the earliest we can set up our camper/trailers at Castrol for RD 1? Will there be someone directing people so it's organized, been awhile since I was up. Sorry if it's been asked already!

typically, it would be friday morning/early afternoon.

Thursday evening there is drifting in our paddocks.

as for people being there, usually there will be one or two execs kicking around. will be confirmed closer to round 1.

Sounds good, I recall seeing a parking detail in regards to where everyone should set up. Hoping to make it up early and help with setup.

im sure we will post the new layout for parking before round 1.

air fence set up is usually done thursday night at 7pm
