I used Al Swanky "Definitely Different" the repair was top notch, expensive though. For a small seam repair and the zipper repair on my boot I used my local shoe cobbler, they did a fantastic job at a fraction of the cost.

If it is a critical repair at an integral point, I would used Al Swanky, if mainly cosmetic, go the other way

:) For big jobs or custom work Al Swanky is good and he has been doing it for a long time. I have had custom seat and other work done by Al as far back as late 1980's. Best advice is to get whatever it is you need done to him early and let Al know when you need it back by,
