Looking for a clean and responsible roommate or two to occupy either the full basement suite or share the top two floors of the house with.
House: 5 years old, 2000sqft plus basement, 4 bedrooms total, 3.5 bathrooms total, nice appliances, dark hardwood and light carpets, tile in the foyer, big back yard with a big deck, plus two car garage that has storage space and is used 100% by bike stuff in the warmer months
Nice place. Located in Silverberry area.
Basement suite: Full kitchen, full bathroom, big bedroom, storage and living room space. 950sq ft
Can accommodate asap.
Requirements to live with me:
-Don't be a shitty person
-Must think motorcycles are kinda cool
-Hygiene and cleanliness is important
-if we run out of toilet paper buy some more, don't be a super cheap mooch.
-Have a steady job, those are pretty handy these days.
-Non smokers are heavily preferred
-Rent on time
-Don't eat my food, or replace it if you have to.
