Looking for a clean and responsible roommate to occupy the basement suite in the house. Full kitchen, big bedroom, storage and living room space. 950sq ft
Nice 5 year old house on the southeast side, near everything you could need and 15 minutes from Castrol
Has tile, hardwood, etc, garage space, nice laundry appliances etc.
Can accommodate as of February 1st.
Requirements to live with me:
-Don't be a shitty person
-Must think motorcycles are kinda cool
-Hygiene and cleanliness is important
-if we run out of toilet paper buy some more, don't be a super cheap mooch.
-Have a steady job, those are pretty handy these days.
-Non smokers are heavily preferred
-Rent on time
-Don't eat my food, or replace it if you have to.
