Last year they had many credit card holders get hacked, that's why I prefer PayPal. But HOLY CR4P, it was a painful process that took over a dozen attempts and 2 phone calls that rudely told me it works for everyone else, and just keep trying it.
I suggest to anyone else that decides to use PayPal 'gift certificate' option the following;
Have transaction number (not CONFIRMATION number) ready, copy and paste in ALL payment fields including CVV, use expiry date of 90/2012!! not 2011 as directed. It sure would be nice if phone help would be able to complete transaction when errors occur.
