At no point does this exec drag our ass in getting something accomplished in the aim of safety, we are sometimes at the mercy of Castrol's pace and with some big events recently like RM Nationals and Hot August Nights they've had other things keeping them tied up. It's my understanding that Castrol has more time and funds on the near horizon to make these changes and wants to get them done quickly just like we do. They also know we have offered up manpower resources.
It's a conversation the P&VP have frequently with Castrol and we are trying to move forward with it as soon as possible in the interests of everyone.

Last year it was agreed upon yup, that's correct. Committing to it and breaking ground are different parts of the process though that's all.
