A few changes that were voted on and passed for 2013:
We will now allow v-four motorcycles in the Formula Thunder class
All Superbike races will now use qualifying to determine grid positions.
The Endurance Race was dropped from the schedule.
The second double-header weekend was moved to the September race weekend.
