Registration is now open for round 6 & 7. When registering please choose your race day, either Saturday, Sunday or Both. There is no practice day for this weekend however we will be recording Qualifying laptimes at the Friday Track day which runs from 9 AM to 4 PM on September 18, you can sign up for it at Catsrol’s website:
http://www.castrolraceway.com/index.php?mo=pages&p_id=140

Online registration will close on September 16 at 11 PM.

Formula 112 minimum lap time is 1:30

Note that our race schedule has changed for race days: One practice session in the morning, Intermediate and Expert 600 SBK and Intermediate and Expert SBK are now run separately - no combined grids.

Here's a link to the race schedule, this weekend we will use the Sunday schedule for both Saturday and Sunday.

2015 Fees.
The annual membership fee remains at $40, to race you will also be required to purchase an annual race license for $60. Practice will cost $150. The first race fee has increased to $110, every race after that will cost $30. The two Novice races will cost $120.

The “Medical Data Carrier” is mandatory at EMRA events, we feel these are an improvement over the medical form that we used to carry inside our leathers, they can be purchased from the EMRA for $5 at registration or purchased from motorcycle dealers or on the Internet.
We are also continuing a “No show” fee of $20. The fee is charged when a rider preregisters for an event and then does not show up for that weekend. The club is charged for every transaction made on the system and this should help recoup some of those fees.
Mandatory RFID tags - these are used for timing and scoring races, they can be purchased at registration or online for $5.

2015 Registration – Online Registration for round 6 and 7 is open, it will close Wednesday September 16 at 11 PM. The $20 late registration fee will still apply to those riders who do not preregister using the online system. As always, your credit card will not be charged until online registration closes. Payment at the track is done by cash or cheque only.

We have some software updates this year so read the instructions below before trying to register:
Log in as usual to https://trackintel.com/ti/emra/index.html

The registration system is completely separate from the forum, your forum log on will not work for the registration system.
If you do not have a log on email Ian Wall at [email protected] and request a log on, he will need the following information: Your full name, license type, and year and model of the bike you are going to race.
There have been some updates to the registration system since round 2, hopefully the new look will be easier to use. Then click on the "About Me / Personal Info" button at the top and fill in the required information and click on "Save" at the bottom. Then click on the "Entry manager" button on the bottom right. You will see a screen with all the classes you can race in, click on the "+" sign next to the class you want to enter, then choose which day you want to race (Saturday, Sunday or Both), do this for all the classes you want to enter. If you want to enter a class that isn't on the screen email me and I will look into it. mailto:[email protected] After selecting your classes click next. If you already have RFID tags on your bike for timing click "Checkout", if you need RFID tags check the box and click "Checkout"
Review your entry, if it all looks good, click the "checkout" button and select a payment option. Payment at the track is done by CASH OR CHEQUE ONLY. Then click on "Send Entry" you should get an email confirmation.
If you want to change an entry to either add or delete a class: click on the "Entries" button at the top, then select the date of the entry you want to change and click on the "Races" button in the middle, you will be taken to the page with all the races you are eligible to race in, everything with a green check mark is what you are entered in, to delete an entry click the green check mark and it will remove that entry, to add an entry click on the "+" sign and choose your race day. You will not need to check out again from an existing entry.
