straight, comes with rotors, sprocket and all front/back spacers.
angled tire valve stems, they were used for rain tires.

These are actually 06/07 wheels. They fit 06-10 GSXR 600 and 750.

The difference between 06/07 and 08/10 wheels is the brake disc bolt pattern. 06/07 wheels have 5 bolts on the front wheel disc, 08-10 have 6 bolts. The spokes on the 06/07 wheels also are straight-radius, meaning the spoke goes straight from the hub to the outer rim. 08-10 wheel spokes are at angle...

06/07 wheels need 06/07 discs. 08-10 wheels need 08-10 discs. Provided the discs match the wheel- they are direct swap... spacers, axle, everything are interchangeable.
