is my Vapour lap timer the same as an EMRA Transponder? Filling out the Registration forms and its asking about assigned transponder and if i want to purchase.

You'll need to purchase the "transponder" - they are cheap, what like $5?

It's a pair of RFID stickers you'll place on either side of your windshield.
