TICKET SALES HAVE BEEN CLOSED. There are a VERY LIMITED NUMBER of ticket sales left at the door. We do not know how many yet but, essentially, the club is paying for some spots in anticipation of last-second people but cannot cover too many so that we do not incur too much of a loss.
Where: Casino Yellowhead (12464 153 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5V 1S1) in the Retro Cabaret Room. We knocked it out of the park last year, we got their biggest room in the house!
When: Saturday, October 15, 2016. Drinks @ 5PM and Dinner @ 6PM. Goes on and on until the break of dawn.
How much:
* $45/person
* If you've volunteered 1-2 FULL weekends this year (Saturday and Sunday), tickets are $20/person (anybody purchasing this option will be cross referenced against Tricia Reese's volunteer list)
* If you've volunteered 3+ times this year, FREE! Just email [email protected] if you've volunteered 3+ times this year and wish to attend (I will cross reference against Tricia Reese's volunteer list)
TICKET SALES END ON Oct 3, 2016 @ 6PM. You cannot purchase tickets after this date.
There will be drinks, dinner, more drinks, announcements, trophies, videos, plaques, and all the fat-free water you can drink.
FAQ:
* How do I buy tickets? PayPal! http://emra.ca/index.php?pageid=payments
* Can I pay at the door? Yes, but the fee is $60. Since planning a banquet for an expected 100+ people requires notice on several fronts, we must have our numbers firmed up well before the banquet.
* Important Note: We will only have a limited number of at-the-door tickets available this year. Since it's a buffet, trying to accommodate for an unanticipated 10 people will reduce the food portions by 10%. 20 people = 20%. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE buy your tickets in advance. We love you all and do not want to have to turn you away. If you know you might be purchasing a ticket at the door, please email me: kwan [dot] wilson at gmail [dot] com and I will try my darnest to accommodate you and your schedule
We want to encourage everybody to purchase tickets BEFORE Oct 3, 2016 @ 6PM.
Also, of course we want people to have fun, but please do so responsibly. As such, please plan your rides ahead of time. If you accidentally happen to have one too many beers, there are several organizations that will drive you back home in your own vehicle: https://ama.ab.ca/knowledge-base/articles/designated-driver/
If you have any questions, please post them here or in our FB group (https://www.facebook.com/emraroadracing/)
Please note: Due to the location of the banquet, unfortunately minors are not allowed on the establishment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
