Dunlop Tyres - Payouts

Hi All,

The Bad news:
I've chatted with Dunlop a few times now, and I need to humbly ask the EMRA group for forgiveness. It's been 99% my fault (various reasons to why) that no one has received any contingency certificates thus far. I've been dealing with Dunlop to see if they will honour the certificates for the 2016 calendar year, but I've yet to hear back on that.

The Good news:
Not willing to wait to get a decision from Dunlop, and because the fault of the slow process falls on myself, Empire Tyres will pick up the contingency for 2015.

The following racers will have a credit for their tyres for the 2016 season. The amount that Dunlop would pay out, will be deducted off of your first tyre purchase in 2016. (From retail pricing)

Even though I'm not on that list and not on the brand that is a stand up thing to do for the guys in the club.

Although it really sucks that Dunlop doesn't step up to the plate and honor the riders out here.

Too bad things did not work out with contingency from Dunlop, I cannot believe that you are willing to pick up the tab yourself. That is beyond making things right and just shows what kind of person you are.
