Looking for 2006/2007 R6 fork internal parts

Trying to help a pal of mine get his forks ready for the next regional round.
I’m looking for the seat spring upper from a set of forks. It’s part number 15/31 in pic.
Otherwise if the pic won't load for you it's the white PVC spacer at the top of the spring, about 4" in length.

I'm in Halifax, Nova Scotia - Canada.
The owner would obviously cover the shipping cost via Canada Post and whatever you believe is fair for the spacer
We have found one locally and really just need another. And would be willing to buy both to clear your shelf out as well.
